Des was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from Community College of Denver with a certificate in veterinary technician assisting. She has always wanted to work with animals ever since she was young and growing up mainly around dogs and cats has steamed her interest into caring for the exotic critters and growing more knowledge about them. She may seem reserved, but her background as an assistant working with dogs and cats is truly shown around the Colorado Exotic Animal Hospital.
